Pool was closed, which disappointed my kids. Staff at breakfast were friendly, and I enjoyed the racquetball facilities.

The place was beautifully kept and modern, with its very attentive staff from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was perfect and in such a comfy restaurant. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and perfectly comfortable - just a short walk away from an aerospace museum.

The bathroom was dirty.

The room was spacious, with two double beds and well-equipped with a roll-in shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Facilities were very new and nice.

I stayed two nights and never had house keeping make up the bed or give me towels. I was very surprised.

The hotel was absoultely beautiful. The bed is super comfy and the staff are very nice. I had a great time while I was there and I will going back real soon. :)

I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast in the bar, where everything was outstanding! the well-appointed rooms featured central heating, an iron, and a work desk, making my stay comfortable. the location is absolutely perfect and convenient, close to a major shopping center and parks, as well as being near Long Island and the restaurant options toward the Lighthouse rooms.

Staff are poor they don't have manner, they need courses in how to deal with customers , rude , they talk with phone while you are standing waiting for check in

The hotel was located just next door to Jeff seemed indifferent to serving, the Coliseum and the train station. Appreciated the way our reasonably spacious and beautiful king room with breakfast included was arranged. There were coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators. Its location was marvellous and stunning, to update information in rooms let guests know there is a free bus to shopping centre: D

This place had a perfect and peaceful location, within walking distance of everything we needed. For quick bites, we found a nearby spot called Eat, which was really convenient. 😊.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the king room, plus a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge.
